Trade Conferences International (TCI) is hosting its 6th annual Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crime Southern Africa Conference on 1 & 2 September 2021, at Indaba Hotel, Fourways.

The event is set out to create a platform for banks, insurance companies, service providers and government personnel to share their knowledge and experiences on financial crime; build relationships and most importantly to get updated on the current trends regarding the latest news in the AML arena from the expert speaker panel.

The conference is a physical event, but delegates can also register to attend on-line as it will be live streamed in real time.

Close to 200 attendees are expected to attend over the two day period, an accompanying exhibition of service providers dealing with AML software.

Topics to be discussed include: compliance and banks of the future, Illicit financial flows and industrial development in SA, anti-corruption and asset forfeiture strategies, FICA and KYC compliance for property professionals, use of illegal remittances in crypto currencies, and two panel discussions on data and AI, and regulation impacting on anti-money laundering.
