At Media Xpose, we believe in the power of inspiration and education. This year, we were thrilled to host 10 enthusiastic learners from Worcester for a day packed with knowledge, experiences, and insights into the world of media. Our goal was to provide these young minds with a memorable and impactful career youth development day, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
Kicking Off with Inspiration
The day began with an inspiring talk from our CEO, who shared his journey from humble beginnings to founding Media Xpose. His story of determination, passion, and resilience resonated deeply with everyone in attendance. By sharing his personal experiences and the challenges he overcame, he showed the learners that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible.
Behind the Scenes of Media Xpose
Following the CEO’s speech, the learners had the unique opportunity to shadow some of our amazing staff. We took them behind the scenes of our 9 publications, demonstrating the diverse roles and efforts that go into creating each magazine. From editorial work to design, marketing, and distribution, the learners gained a comprehensive understanding of the media industry and the various career paths it offers.
Gratitude and Acknowledgements
A huge thank you to McDonald’s Parklands and Col’Cacchio (Pty) Ltd for sponsoring lunch! The kids enjoyed a delicious meal, which provided a much-needed energy boost after a morning full of learning and exploration. Special thanks go out to the dedicated Media Xpose staff who participated throughout the day, sharing their knowledge and passion with the learners. Their enthusiasm and willingness to mentor these young minds made a significant impact. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the Career Planning team for coordinating the logistics and bringing the learners all the way from Worcester.

We are excited to announce that Career Day will be an annual event at Media Xpose. By continuing this tradition, we hope to inspire and educate more young minds, playing a small yet significant role in their career development.
