South Africa’s most iconic sugar brand, Huletts Sugar, is the latest large corporation to join Proudly South African and become part of the buy local movement.

For over 128 years, Huletts has been an integral part of South Africans’ everyday lives and remains one of the leading sugar brands in our country. From its base products of white and brown sugar to leading innovation in the use of stevia plant extract as a sweetener, Huletts is a truly local company and is a key player in the sugar industry that has created 65 000 direct jobs and approximately 350 000 indirect jobs in KZN and Mpumalanga.
