ITC will be hosting the 12th Annual Women in Law Enforcement Conference, set to take place on 22, 23 & 24 May 2019, Gallagher Estate, Midrand.
The speaker faculty will focus on strategies of how to reach your next goal, refocusing on the mission to improve capabilities and performance and striking a balance between personal and professional responsibilities.
The conference speaker faculty boasts international speakers namely Special Agent in Charge, Ms. Voviette Morgan from the FBI Los Angeles, Ms. Catrina Bonus, Deputy Chief Uniformed Division for the United States Secret Service. Representing the South African Police Force will be the Eastern Cape Provincial Police Commissioner, Lieutenant General Liziwe Ntshinga who will speak about the continuous fight against human trafficking. Additionally, the Road Traffic Management Corporation’s Ms. Nontsikelelo Jolingana, Chief of the National Traffic Police will present on strengthening collaboration amongst key law enforcement stakeholders.
Some of the key issues to be discussed at the conference include, determining your leadership skills as a law enforcer, understanding the rule of law within law enforcement and successfully growing into leadership in an ever changing and fast paced environment by staying up to date with law enforcement trends.
